Symphony SummitAI is informing you that Alps Release family has reached End-Of-Support state starting from Sep 1, 2022. This change is in accordance with the SummitAI Products End-of-Life (EOL) Policy.
An alternate option is to upgrade to the latest SummitAI Tahoe SP3 Release that will provide you rich feature-set.
What's New?
Allow Analysts to View Other Workgroup Incidents/SRs
The Analysts can now view all the other Workgroup Incidents/SRs using Global Search.
The e-mail id validations are changed for the Send E-mail Option available to the Analysts in Incidents and Service Requests. The character length validation of domain names in the email ids is removed
The Incidents and Service Requests in Pending status are now auto-resolved based on the configurations made by the Administrators. This reduces Analyst's intervention and automates Incident/SR resolution.
New Preview Button for BI Reports
The users can now preview the BI Reports while creating or modifying configurations for the BI Dashboards.
The Endpoint Automation is introduced in the SummitAI Asset Management application with features, such as configuring Scripts on Endpoints, scheduling Script execution, configuring Incident and Action Templates, and mapping Profiles to Asset Groups.
