Configure Duplicate Login Messages
What's New?
When users try to log into the SummitAI web application account using multiple devices, two different browsers, or two different tabs (including incognito mode), a DUPLICATE LOGIN pop-up page with a system-defined message is defined, "Your last logged in session is still active. Click CONTINUE to log out of the previous session and to continue with this device.” If the user clicks CONTINUE, the previous session becomes inactive, and if any actions are performed on this inactive session, an error message is displayed. The Administrators can now configure the Duplicate Login pop-up message as per the organization's policies. For more information, see Signing In.
Configuration
A new field, Duplicate Login Pop-up Message is added on the APPLICATION SETTINGS page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Application Settings). For more information, see Configuring Application Settings.
