What's New?

The Administrators can now upload Holiday lists in bulk using Microsoft Excel import and save time. This is especially very time-saving for organizations spanned across multiple locations following different holidays.

On the HOLIDAY page (Admin > Advanced > Productivity > Holiday), a new icon, IMPORT HOLIDAYS is added on the ACTIONS panel. The Administrators can add the Holiday list based upon the Location by uploading a Microsoft Excel sheet.

The Excel sheet should contain the following information:

  • Holiday Date: Holiday date in MM/dd/yyyy format, for example, 10/22/2020.
  • Location: The Location must match with the available Locations in the selected Domain. If the uploaded Location is not available in the selected Domain, the Location is discarded when you preview and submit.
  • Holiday Description: Description of the Holiday.

After uploading, the map the Holidays and preview before submitting the Holidays (see: Adding Holiday).

Note:

The Data Type should match the Destination and Source when mapping. For example, the column, which contains Date in the Excel sheet should be selected in the Source field and mapped with Holiday of the Destination column under the MAPPING tab.
