What's New?

Using Contract Access Templates, Administrators can now have more control on who can view and edit the Contracts. If configured, the Contracts linked to the configured Sub-Categories can be edited and viewed by the selected set of users. 

Configuration

APPLICATION SETTINGS BY TENANT Page

On the APPLICATION SETTINGS BY TENANT page (Asset > Configuration > Others > Application Settings > Select CONFIGURE BY TENANT on the ACTIONS panel), under CONTRACT SETTINGS section, if the View/Edit Contract Access check box is selected, the users mapped to the particular Sub-Categories on the CONTRACT ACCESS TEMPLATE page can edit and view the corresponding Contracts on the CONTRACT MANAGEMENT page. CONTRACT ACCESS TEMPLATE Page

On the CONTRACT ACCESS TEMPLATE page (Asset > Configuration > Others > Contract Access Template > Select the Tenant and type in the Contact Access details and click SUBMIT), the Administrators can add or modify new template and define the edit and view access to Contracts for the selected Sub-Categories. Only the Contracts mapped to the selected Sub-Categories are displayed to the users assigned to the template. For more information. see Contract Access Template.
