Software Files Report

The Software Files Report displays a list of Software Files available in the Asset Inventory. You can also view the Original Name, Version, Product Name, File Size and the Publisher Name of Software File. You can further drill-down the report to view the Assets where the Software Files are installed. For information about reports, see Viewing Reports.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SOFTWARE FILES REPORT page.

Filters

Click the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify filter criteria to view a particular set of Software Files.

PRINT

Click PRINT to print the displayed report records.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the records displayed in this report to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

EXPORT ALL

Click EXPORT ALL to export all the records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
