New Attachment Reference Section for Contract Management

Feature released in SummitAI Service Management (Alps SP1 HF04)

What's New?

The users can now add multiple URLs under the ATTACHMENT REFERENCES section on the CONTRACT MANAGEMENT page of the GENERAL tab.

The SummitAI application has attachment file size limit of 4 MB. Hence, the users cannot upload attachments more than 4 MB in size. Now, for the larger files, the users can provide URLs pointing towards the files.

On the CONTRACT MANAGEMENT page (Asset > User > Manage Assets > Contract Management > On the ACTIONS panel, Click ADD NEW > Specify the required information and click SUBMIT), the ATTACHMENT REFERENCES section is displayed.

Prerequisites

All the files that the user wants to refer under the ATTACHMENT REFERENCES section should be uploaded on a Document Repository (example: SharePoint) that the users are using so that they are live links. Appropriate access should be provided to the users trying to access these files.
