Viewing Reports

Report Description

DOWNTIME COST report displays the network device downtime and downtime cost for the selected device type. You can view the Downtime Cost report for a specified Tenant, Device Type, Location, Customer, Vendor, date range and so on. Click the Host Name hyperlink to view the Network Device Details. For information about how to view reports, see Viewing Reports 1.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the DOWNTIME COST report page.

Filters

Click Filters to select the Tenant and other filter criteria based on which the list of reports is displayed.

PRINT

Click PRINT to print the selected report.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.

EXPORT ALL

Click EXPORT ALL to export all the records displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.
