The Server Dashboard displays the summary of the Servers for the selected Tenant. You can view Servers that are Down, top 10 Server with the downtime, top 10 Servers which has highest Hard Disk utilization, CPU utilization, memory utilization, and so on.
To view Server Dashboard:
- Select Operations > User > Servers > Server Dashboard.
- On the SERVER DASHBOARD page, select the Tenant, View Type as Tabular or Graphical, and Refresh Interval. The summary of the Servers under the selected Tenant is displayed.
- Click the Push Report icon to configure the reports as Push Reports. The Push Reports are sent to the specified set of users at a specified time. The configured users receive this e-mail at the specified time without logging into the application.

The following section describes the various reports on the SERVER DASHBOARD page:
This report displays the Servers, which are down. It displays the HOST NAME, IP ADDRESS, DOWN TIME (date and time when the Server stopped functioning), DURATION for which the Server is not functioning, and the CRITICALITY of Server being down. Click the HOST NAME hyperlink to view the details of the Server.

This report displays the top ten Server based on the Downtime Percentage. Downtime is the time duration for which the Server is not functioning. Downtime percentage is referred as the time when the Server is down to the time when the Server is up. The table displays the HOST NAME, the IP ADDRESS, and the LAST 30 DAYS DOWNTIME percentage. Click the HOST NAME hyperlink to view the details of the Server.

This report displays the list of top ten Servers, which have the highest Hard Disk Utilization. It displays their HOST NAME, IP ADDRESS, and percentage of HDD UTILIZATION. Click the HOST NAME hyperlink to view the details of the Server.

This report displays the list of top ten Servers, which have the highest CPU Utilization. It displays their HOST NAME, IP ADDRESS, and percentage of CPU UTILIZATION. Click the HOST NAME hyperlink to view the details of the Server.

This report displays the list of top ten Servers, which have the highest Memory Utilization. It displays their HOST NAME, IP ADDRESS, and percentage of MEMORY UTILIZATION. Click the HOST NAME hyperlink to view the details of the Server.

This report displays the list of Operating Systems and the number of Servers with the corresponding Operating Systems. Click on the number link in the NO. OF SERVERS column to view the Server details, such as Tenant, host name, IP address, and description

- Click the Print Table icon to print the SERVERS FOR OPERATING SYSTEM: <OPERATING SYSTEM> table details.
- Click the Export to Excel icon to export the SERVERS FOR OPERATING SYSTEM: <OPERATING SYSTEM> table details to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

This report displays the list of Vendors and the number of Servers from the Vendor. Click on the number link in the NO. OF SERVERS column to view the Server details, such as Tenant, host name, IP address, and description.
