Viewing Reports

Report Description

On the SERVER LOGS report, you can view the event and application log details of the servers for the specified Tenant, customer, location, server type, No of records, servers, log type, log names, and date range. You can view details such as Reference ID, Host Name, IP Address, Log Name, Type, Date, Source, Event ID, Incident ID, and Message. Click Host Name hyperlink to view Server Details.  For information about how to view reports, see Viewing Reports 1.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SERVER LOGS page. 

Filters

Click Filters to select the Tenant and other filter criteria based on which the list of reports is displayed.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel. 

PUSH REPORT

Click PUSH REPORT to configure the reports to be sent to the configured users at set intervals.
