Report Description

The Password Dashboard displays the password details report in different sections such as:

  • Locked Out Users: This report displays the details such as User Name, Domain Name, Lockout Time, Employee ID, and E-Mail of the locked out users, who exceeded the number of incorrect login attempts.
  • Never Logged On Users: This report displays the details such as User Name, Domain Name, When Created, and Employee ID of Active Directory users who have not logged on for a specific period of time.
  • Bad Passwords: This report displays the details such as User Name, Domain Name, Bad Password Time, Bad Password Count, and Employee ID. Bad Password is the amount of time during which the bad password attempts occur.
  • Password Never Expires: This report displays the details such as User Name, Domain Name, Password Last Set, and Employee ID of those users with never expiring passwords.
  • Must Change Password On Next Logon: This report displays the details such as User Name, Domain Name, Password Last Set, Employee ID, and E-Mail of those users whose passwords are going to expire soon.
  • Expired User Accounts: This report displays the list of accounts whose accounts expired on a specific date.
  • Reset Passwords

Click the icon  to view these options. Click the icon  on the report page to for more details such as records count, print report, export report to excel and so on. Click the icon  to view more details. For information about how to view reports, see Viewing Reports.

Description

Click this icon to hide the icon bar.

Click this icon to view the report in presentation mode.

Click this icon to create a new dashboard.

Click this icon to refresh the reports. Click this icon to select the refresh interval.

Click the icon to specify the filter for the report.

Click the icon to share the report.

The following table describes the fields on this page:

Share With

Select the User from the drop-down list with whom you want to share the Dashboard.

Rights

Select the access right that you want to provide to the selected User.

Add rule

Click the button to add a new User and provide the User with access rights.

CANCEL

Click the button to cancel the action.

OK

Click the button to save the new Users and access right information.

 

Click the icon to schedule to e-mail the report.

Click the icon to print the report.

Click the icon to save the dashboard.

Click the icon to choose to e-mail the report as a link or as a pdf.

Date

Select the Date when you want to send the e-mail.

Time

Select the Time when you want to send the e-mail.

Time zone

Select the Time zone that you prefer to send the e-mail.

Repeat type

Select the frequency of the e-mail alerts.

Send Email as

Select the format of the e-mail.

Recipients

Enter the e-mail ids of the recipients to whom you want to send the e-mail

Select this check box to stretch the image that you want to set as the background

image.

Image URL

Select this option to enter the URL of the image that you want to set as the background

Open file in your computer

Select this option to browse the image from your system that you want to set as the
