What's New?

The various versions of a Contract can be now maintained and viewed.

A new VERSION HISTORY tab is added on the NEW CONTRACT and CONTRACT ID pages (Asset > User > Manage Asset > Contract Management > On the ACTIONS panel, click ADD NEW to add a new Contract or SHOW LIST to view an existing Contract.). A new Contract Version number is created on submitting the Contract. The users can view the changes made in the various versions of a Contract under the VERSION HISTORY tab by clicking the Change History icon.

Note:

  • The user can view last 10 records under the VERSION HISTORY tab.
  • In the following scenarios, a Contract Version is created but no data is displayed on clicking the Change History icon. 
    • If no changes are made in the Contract under the GENERAL tab and submitted .
    • If no changes are made in the Contract under the GENERAL tab, but changes were made under the RELATION tab (such as, linking or delinking) and submitted.
