You can view the Alerts and Approvals for you in the SummitAI Application. Alerts are the Bulletins configured by the Administrators. These may be some announcement or information provided by the support team of an organization. Approvals are the Approvals, which need your approval (logged in user).
To view Alerts:
- Click the ALERT icon on the SummitAI Application. The number on the ALERT icon indicates the number of new Alerts. A pop-up showing new Alerts is displayed. Click on the Alert to view the complete Alert message.

Figure: ALL ALERTS pageThe Alerts are configured as Bulletins (see: Configuring Bulletins 1) and also displayed under the BULLETIN BOARD section on the USER DASHBOARD page. For information about End User Dashboard, see SummitAI Service Management.
To view Approvals:
- Click the APPROVALS icon on the SummitAI Application. The number on the APPROVALS icon indicates the number request(s) pending for approval. The module-wise Approval requests are displayed on the APPROVALS pop-up page. Click the ADD icon to expand the list and view all the requests pending for approval.
