A Domain is the customer of a Managed Service Provider (MSP). The organization name is generally the domain name. You can configure domains and map them to Role Templates and Users.
To configure Domain:
- Select Admin> Basic > Infrastructure >Domain.
- On the DOMAIN page, click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel.
Specify the Domain Name and Select Global check box to make this Domain as the Global Domain.
Note:
You can configure only one Domain as a Global Domain.
Select a Language from the drop-down list. The selected language is applied to all the users mapped to this Domain.
Note:
The priority for language section for a User is mentioned below:
- Language selected by the User on the Quick Action Bar.
- Language selected by the Administrator in the Language Mapping page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Language Mapping).
- Language selected by the Administrator in the Domain page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Domain).
- If Language is not selected in the above-mentioned menus, by default English language is selected.
Select Active check box to make this configuration active and click SUBMIT. A new Domain is added successfully.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the DOMAIN page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the configured Domains.
