Display Department Attribute in Allocation List Screen

The enhancement is about introducing a configuration for enabling the display of Department Attribute in the allocation list screen. 

Field Order Configuration

The Department/Customer attribute configured at the Tenant level should be selected in the Category’s Field Order Configuration for all the asset categories to display the value in the allocation list. 

To validate the configuration of the field order, perform the following steps:

  1. Log in to the application as an Analyst.

  2. Navigate to Asset > Configuration > Asset Masters > Field Order Configuration. 
    A list of Tenants is displayed.

  3. Select Tenant. 
    A list of Templates is displayed.

  4. Select the Template Name for the Page Name Asset Inventory. 
    A list of categories is displayed.

  5. Select Category Name.
    Field order configuration for the selected category is displayed.

  6. Select Allocated as Asset Status.
    A list of Attributes along with its Type is displayed.

    Note:

    • The order of rows can be moved across the list according to display requirements.

    • If My Asset List is selected, the following screen is displayed, Asset Type to view the field order for the various attributes.

Display Department Attribute

Upon configuring field order the Fixed Asset should be allocated to the Customer/Department and displayed in the allocation list screen.

To display the Department attribute, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Asset > User > Manage Assets > Asset Inventory.
    A list of Asset Types is displayed.

  2. Select Fixed as the Asset Type.
    A list of Categories is displayed.

  3. Select In-Store and Category from the Filters and click SUBMIT.
    A list of assets is displayed.

  4. Select Asset ID and click ALLOCATE.
    Allocation Details screen is displayed.

  5. Enter the appropriate details and Click Submit.
    A message Asset allocated successfully is displayed, click OK.

  6. Select Status as Allocated on the Filters and click SUBMIT.
    The Department attribute is displayed on the list page.
