You can configure alert to notify users in a specified interval if the task is pending. User gets alert e-mail after every specified intervals.
To configure Alerts:
- Select Admin> Notifications >Alerts.
- On the ALERT page, Click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel and select Tenant. The following page is displayed. For more information about fields, see Field Description.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the ALERT CONFIGURATION page:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Module | Select the Module for Alert is to be configured. |
Alert Type | Select Alert Type for the module from the drop-down the list. |
Alert Interval (in days) | Specify the interval in days to send alert e-mails to users for the pending task. |
Active | If selected, Alert configuration for the module becomes active. |
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the ALERTS page.
SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the configured Alerts.
Filters
Click the Filters icon to specify a particular filter criteria to display the Alerts. On clicking the Filters icon, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. You can select the Tenant to search for configured Alerts. Click SUBMIT.
