The IIS DASHBOARD page displays monitored details of the IIS Servers for a selected Tenant. You can view the status of the IIS Server, the top 5 downtime details, the availability of application and sites under the server, and so on.
To view IIS Dashboard:
- Select Operations > User > Servers > IIS Dashboard.
- On the IIS DASHBOARD page, select the Tenant and Refresh Page In value. The list of IIS Servers under the selected Tenant is displayed.
To view the IIS Server details, select a server from the list of servers displayed under IIS SERVERS. The details of the selected server is displayed.
Note:
To search for a specific IIS server from the list of servers displayed under IIS SERVERS, type in the server name in the Search text box.

The following section describes the various details displayed on the IIS DASHBOARD page:IIS SERVER VERSION AND STATUSThis section displays the version and status of the IIS Server.
Figure: IIS Server - version and statusTOP 5 DOWNTIME DETAILSThis section displays the top five downtime details of the IIS Server. Downtime is the time duration for which the Server is not functioning.
The details displayed are Down Time, Up Time and Duration.
Figure: Top 5 Downtime DetailsAVAILABILITY STATUS OF APPLICATION POOLS AND SITESThis section displays the availability of the Application Pools and Sites with the following status:
- Starting - Indicates the number of Application Pools/Sites that are about to start.
- Started - Indicates the number of Application Pools/Sites that have started.
- Stopping - Indicates the number of Application Pools/Sites that are about to stop.
- Stopped - Indicates the number of Application Pools/Sites that have stopped.

Each graph displays the performance details of a set of IIS Parameters against current day's time. The set of IIS parameters are displayed in the box below the respective graph.To view the parameter value for a specific time, hover the mouse cursor on the graph. To hide the graph for a specific parameter, click the parameter name in the box; to enable it, click it again.
- To view the Application Pool details of a specific server under IIS SERVERS list, do the following:
- Expand the Server tree and click Application Pool. The Application Pool details are displayed for all the Application Pools under the Server.
- To view the list of Application Pools under a server, expand the Application Pool tree.
Figure: Application pool details page To view details of any application pool, expand the respective Application Pool. The following section describes the various details displayed on the APPLICATION POOL DETAILS page for each application pool:
STATUS AND DETAILSThis section displays the name, status and details of the Application pool. The details are fetched from the IIS server.

- To view the Sites details of a particular server under IIS SERVERS list, do the following:
- Expand the Server tree and click Sites. The Sites details are displayed for all the Websites under the Server.
To view the list of Sites under a server, expand the Sites tree.
