What's New?

New filters are added under the ADDITIONAL FILTERS tab of the FILTERS pop-up page of the ALERT AND LOG INCIDENT page (Operations > Configuration > General > Alert and Log Incident > Click Filters). The users can filter the Alerts and logged Incidents using multi-selectable check boxes, such as Parameters, Action Templates, and Incident Templates.
