What's New?

The Remarks added by the SR Requester is now available in the e-mail notifications sent to the Approvers for approving (or rejecting) the SRs. This helps the Approvers in taking a more informed decision. 

Configuration

A new Keyword, *T_DETAIL*, is added on the NOTIFICATION TEMPLATE page (Admin > Advanced > Notifications > Notification Template > Select a Tenant > Select a Template Name > Click the Keywords hyperlink). If this Keyword is configured in the Notification Template, the Approvers can view the SR Remarks, added by the SR Requester, in the e-mail notifications sent to them. For more information about Notification Templates, see Configuring Notification Template.
