Enhanced O365 API Mailbox Configuration
What's New?
When E-mail Parsing is configured, the incidents are automatically logged for the e-mails received from a configured mailbox. Earlier, No Action was selected under Action for Unparsed E-mails and this was causing a long queue of Unparsed emails. Due to this, the remaining emails were not parsed.
Now, No Action is removed from the Action for Unparsed E-mails field and by default value is changed to Delete. However, the Administrator can change it to Move to Folder while configuring the Mailbox for O365 API Server Type.
Note:
For Existing Mailbox configuration, field value of the Action for Unparsed E-mails will be changed from No Action to Delete. However, existing configuration remains same when field value of the Action for Unparsed E-mails is Move to Folder.
