What's New?
Platform
Enhanced O365 API Mailbox Configuration
Now, No Action is removed from the Action for Unparsed E-mails field and by default value is changed to Delete. However, the Administrator can change it to Move to Folder while configuring the Mailbox for O365 API Server Type.
IT Operations Management
Enhanced Network and Drawing Board Views
Previously, SummitAI Product Suite leverages Adobe Flash Player to provide interactive user interfaces. Adobe announced that it intends to move its Flash technology to end-of-life status and it will cease to update and distribute the Flash Player at the end of 2020.
Now, SummitAI leverages the vis.js to provide the continuous interactive user interface. The following pages of the IT Operations Management are improved using the vis.js:
- Network View
- Creating Views from Drawing Board
- Editing Network Device Details
Improvements
Enhanced Service Request Logging from the Mobile Application (Service Request Management)
Earlier, if the Location-Workgroup mapping is configured on the Service Catalog page and a Service Request is raised through the SummitAI web application then only it was routing to the particular Workgroup based on the configured Location-Workgroup mapping.
Now, this functionality is also available for the SummitAI mobile application. Hence, if a Service Request is raised through the SummitAI Mobile Application, it is also routing to the particular Workgroup based on the configured Location-Workgroup mapping.
