# | Issue | Resolution |
---|---|---|
65427 | An error was displaying while submitting new deadline configuration for the problem record. This issue was occurring when a special characters “–“ was present in the Category field of the Problem Record. | Now, no error is displayed while submitting new deadline configuration for the problem record even if the special character “–“ is present in the Category field of the Problem Record. |
76268 | The Problem Record (PR) count displayed under the My Workgroup section on the ANALYST DASHBOARD was also including those PRs that are logged for the Workgroups for which the Analyst does not have access but is an Approver or a Reviewer. | Now, only the count of the PRs that are logged for the workgroups for which the Analyst has access is displayed under the My Workgroup section on the ANALYST DASHBOARD. |
77640 | While deallocating more than 100 Assets in bulk from the DEALLOCATE FIXED ASSET page an error message, “Oops! An error occurred” was displayed and Assets were not deallocated. The DEALLOCATE FIXED ASSET page can be accessed using Asset > User > Manage Asset > Asset Inventory > Under the SELECT THE ASSET TYPE section, click FIXED > On the FILTERS pop-up select the Status as Allocated, and click SUBMIT > Select more than 100 Assets > Click DEALLOCATE on the ACTIONS panel. | Now, more than 100 Assets can be deallocated without any error message. |
78868 | The Incident transfer was getting failed when the Analyst was transferring the Incident to another Tenant.
Example: The Incident transfer from Tenant Information Technology to HR was not happening. | Now, the Analyst can transfer the Incident from one tenant to another without any error. |
65427 | An issue on the Service Catalog Approval Flow was found. The approver details were correct but referred back details were not consistent in the audit flow for the Service Request.
This issue was occurring when Service Request was approved by the reporting manager, but the Approver 1 forwarded the Service Request to the Approver 2, who then referred back the Service Request to the Requestor for more information. | Now, both the approver details and referred back details are correct in the audit flow of the Service Request. |
77156 | The Service Request that was logged using the SummitAI Mobile App was not working. The Approver was not able to view the device list that was updated by the user in the Service Request.
This issue was occurring when the Service Request, which was logged using the Multivalued Group catalog was referred back to user by the Approver and the user added new records. | Now, the Approver can view the device list that is updated by the user in the Service Request. |
80328 | Prerequisites:
Issue: The End-User was not able to view the Approver Details by clicking Next on the Service Request Details page (Request > User > My Service Requests > Click on the SR ID).
| Now, the End User can view the Approver Details by clicking Next on the Service Request Details page. |
74968 | In the CM_RPT_DN_ChangeRequest_Master table, the "Assigned WorkGroup Name" column name was misspelled as "Aissigned WorkGroup Name". | Now, in the CM_RPT_DN_ChangeRequest_Master table, you can find two columns named 'Aissigned WorkGroup Name' (misspelled column) and 'Assigned WorkGroup Name' (newly added column), where both hold the same value. Note: The reports created using the old column (Aissigned WorkGroup Name) should be replaced with a new column (Assigned WorkGroup Name). Post Tahoe release, the old column named (Aissigned WorkGroup Name) in the 'CM_RPT_DN_ChangeRequest_Master' table will be removed. |
Known Issues

---|
An error message "Multiple locations cannot be selected in edit mode." is displayed on the HOLIDAY page while editing an existing Holiday. This issue is occurring when Location field value is Select All. (#77708) |
In SUMMIT_UserLog_Login table, duplicate Session ID is getting captured intermediately during subsequent frequent user log in with direct URL. Direct URL Example: https://<domain>/MDLIncidentMgmt/EndUser_Dashboard.aspx Due to this issue, in concurrent license trend report, login/logout time may not appear for some users. Pre-requisite when issue occurs: - Configure SSO OAUTH (#78295) |
On the SEARCH ASSET page (ASSET > USER > MANAGE ASSETS > ASSET INVENTORY page > Click Non-Fixed Asset icon (Consumable, Accessories, or Software) > Click Search Asset icon), an error message "Oops! If the SLA is paused during the PR resolution and the Paused Time is before RCA Deadline, the paused duration is not getting added to the Resolution Deadline. This issue is occurring when the Resolution Deadline Type is selected as RCA Deadline Time in the Deadline Configuration. (Bug#74495) Note: If the SLA Paused Time is between RCA Actual Time and RCA Deadline, the paused duration does not consider for the Resolution Deadline. Example: Consider the PR Log Time as 9:00 AM, RCA Deadline as one hour, and Resolution Deadline two hours. The paused duration does not add if the Analyst performs the below actions:
The Expected Resolution Deadline should be: RCA Deadline Time + Resolution Deadline + Paused Time = 10:00 AM + 2 hours + 10 mins = 12:10 PM. |

On the IMPORT ASSET and ADD ASSET pages, the users can add multiple Assets with same Serial No., although, Serial No. is a unique field for Assets. This issue is found if Maker/Checker configuration is enabled. For example, a user added an Asset with Serial No. 123 and is pending for Checker’s approval. The user is able to add another Asset with same Serial No. 123. And send for Checker’s approval. The Checker is also able to approve two Assets with same Serial Number on the MAKER-CHECKER ASSET-APPROVAL page. Bug Reproduction Steps:
(Bug#67236) |
The previous Asset transaction details are not displayed under the Previous Transaction drop-down list on the PREVIOUS IMPORT DETAILS page (Asset > User > Manage Assets > Import > Import Asset > Specify all the details > Click SUBMIT), even though the Assets are approved by the Checker on the MAKER-CHECKER ASSET-APPROVAL page (Asset > User > Manage Assets > Approvals > Maker Checker Approval > Click Filters on the ACTIONS panel > Specify the filter criteria to view the list of requests from the Maker > Select the Assets that you want to approve under the LIST section > Click APPROVE on the ACTIONS panel > Select the Approval Status as Approved.) On the ADMIN DETAILS page (Admin > Advanced > Password Management > Administrator > Click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel > Specify all the details > Click SUBMIT > Select the Domain Name on the LIST page), the Password field is not displaying the GUID or Encrypted ID of the password and the field is empty. The following issues are observed in BI Custom Reports:
|
The Change Record is not created when the CR Requester and Customer Approver are same. This issue occurs even though Do Not allow Customer Approval of CR check box is selected on the Change Management TENANT configuration page. This issue occurs only for the first time when the Tenant is configured. Workaround: The Administrator needs to unselect and again select the Do Not allow Customer Approval of CR on the Change Management TENANT configuration page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Tenant > Select the respective Tenant for which this issue is occurring > Click CONFIGURE DETAILS on the ACTIONS panel > Enable Do Not allow Customer Approval of CR check box and click SUBMIT > Clear Do Not allow Customer Approval of CR check box and then click SUBMIT, again). |
