You can view and create Goods/Service Categories for a Procurement Tenant.
To view Goods/Service Categories:
- Select Procurement > Configuration > Configure Service.
- On the SERVICE CATEGORY page, select the Tenant. You can view the configured Goods/Service Categories.

Creating new Parent Goods/Service Categories- Right-click a node and click Create Root Node.
- Type in a name for the new Parent Goods/Service Category.

Creating new Child Goods/Service Categories- Right-click a node and click Create Child Node.
- Type in a name for the new Child Goods/Service Category.

Renaming Goods/Service Categories- Right-click a node and click Rename.
- Type in a new name for the Goods/Service Category.

Deactivating Goods/Service Categories- Right-click a Goods/Service Category that you want to deactivate.
Click Deactive. The inactive Goods/Service Category is displayed with a red color code.

You cannot deactivate a new node.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SERVICE CATEGORY page.
EXPAND ALL
Click EXPAND ALL to expand all the Goods/Service Category nodes.
COLLAPSE ALL
Click COLLAPSE ALL to collapse all the Goods/Service Category nodes.
