What's New?

At times, the asset approval may be pending with specific approvers for a longer period due to various reasons (Approver might no longer be associated with the organization or the approver has moved to another team etc.).  The approval gets blocked and leads to business discontinuity. Hence, it is necessary to re-assign approval tasks to another approver.

Now, the Administrator can remap the pending asset approval to a new approver from the  front-end UI screen. An e-mail is also triggered to the new Approver with the count of asset approvals remapped to them.

UI Changes:

A new Asset Management tab is appended on the Resigned Approver List page (Admin >Users > Resigned Approver List). Under the Asset Management tab, an administrator can view a list of resigned approvers with associated pending approvals. This functionality leverages the administrator to remap the pending approvals of resigned approver to a new approver. For more information, see Resigned Approver List.
