Report Description
The Incident and Service Request Monthly Trend report is a graphical report that displays the number of Incidents and Service Requests (SRs) logged for a specified period of time.

You can click IM to view the report only for Incidents and SR to view the report only for SRs. If both IM and SR are selected, the report is displayed for both Incidents and SRs.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the Incident and Service Request Monthly Trend page.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records on the Incident and Service Request Monthly Trend page.
