You can view the list of KRs with the feedback details, such as user name, life cycle status, ratings, Category, Classification, and so on.

FILTERS
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the KB FEEDBACK REPORT.

EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
