Allocating Licenses at Sub Workgroup Level

What's New?

Now, the Application licenses can be allocated at the Sub Workgroup level. Also, the Sub-Workgroup Analysts can use the Licenses when it is allocated at the Workgroup or Sub workgroup level. Earlier, the Analysts who were part of the Sub Workgroup were not able to use the Licenses when they were allocated at the Workgroup level. This is applicable for Concurrent licenses only.

Example 1:

If 5 licenses are allocated to Workgroup 1, all the 5 licenses are available to the Analysts who are part of the Workgroup 1 → Sub Workgroup 2 (SW2) and the Analysts who are part of the Workgroup 1 (WG1) → Sub Workgroup 1 (SW1).

Example 2:

If 5 licenses are allocated to Workgroup 1 and 2 of the licenses are allocated to Sub Workgroup 1 (SW1), the remaining 3 licenses are available to Analysts who are part of Workgroup 1 (WG1) → Sub Workgroup 2 (SW2).
