Golden Catalog Implementation
What's New?
Golden Catalogs are the master catalogs used as a Catalog Management System to manage all the Catalogs in the SummitAI application. Now, the Administrators can map the SummitAI/Customer Catalogs with the Golden Catalogs. This helps the Administrators to manage and maintain the Catalogs of various Categories. The Administrators can map the Catalogs in the following ways:
One-to-One Mapping
Golden Catalog Customer Catalog Create New Distribution List Create DL Add Recipients to Distribution List Add DL user Remove Recipients from Distribution List Remove DL users Change Distribution List Owner Change DL Owner Delete Distribution List Delete DL One-to-Many Mapping
Golden Catalog Customer Catalog Mobile Phone Samsung Mobile iPhone Oppo Mobile Many-to-One Mapping
Golden Catalog Customer Catalog HP Laptop Laptop Lenovo Laptop Dell Laptop Asus Laptop
These Golden Catalogs are used to map with the Customer Catalogs. Using this, CINDE displays the top three Catalogs based on the mapping between the Customer Catalogs and the Golden Catalogs. Golden Catalogs are used where Customer Catalogs can be mapped.
CINDE displays the Customer Catalogs first, irrespective of top three Catalogs, and then the Golden Catalogs. At once, maximum of three most relevant Catalogs are displayed. The following example explains how CINDE displays the Catalogs that are mapped with the Golden Catalogs.
If the AI model returns the Customer Catalogs CC1, CC2, and Golden Catalog GC1 (CC3, CC4, CC5, CC6), CINDE displays the following Catalogs:
Set 1 - CC1, CC2, CC3 and more option
Set 2 - CC4, CC5, CC6
If the AI model returns the Customer Catalogs CC1, CC8, and Golden Catalog GC1 (CC2,CC3,CC4,CC5,CC6,CC7), CINDE displays the following Catalogs:
Set 1 - CC1, CC8, CC2 and provided more option to display one additional Catalog
Set 2 - CC3, CC4, CC5 and provided more option to display one additional Catalog
Set 3 - CC6, CC7
If the AI model returns the Golden Catalogs GC1 (CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4), GC2 (CC5, CC6, CC7, CC8, CC9) and the Customer Catalog CC10, CINDE displays the following Catalogs:
Set 1 - CC10, CC1, CC2 and provided more option to display one additional Catalog
Set 2 - CC3, CC4, CC5 and provided more option to display one additional Catalog
Set 3 - CC6, CC7, CC8
Note:
CINDE displays maximum of 9 Catalogs. Here, CC9 is not displayed as it a maximum of 9 Catalogs can be displayed: CC10, CC1, CC2, CC3, CC4, CC5, CC6, CC7, and CC8).
