What's New?

Now, the Administrators can configure the Attributes for Knowledge Record Categories for a specific Tenant. The configured Attribute questions are displayed under the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION tab of the NEW KNOWLEDGE RECORD page (Knowledge >User >New Knowledge Record > Click ADDITIONAL INFORMATION tab) based on the selected Category under GENERAL tab. The users need to provide the Values/Responses to the Attribute Questions. These Attributes and the responses to these Attributes are useful for CINDE to provide more appropriate answers to the End Users' queries (see: SummitAI for ITSM).

Configuration

The Administrators can configure the Attribute Questions on the CATEGORY page (Knowledge > Configuration > Category). For more information about configuring Attributes, see Configuring Category.
