Feature released in SummitAI Asset Management (Tahoe SP1)

What's New?

The following screens are improvised to display status and sub status of assets.

1. Inclusion of Status and Sub Status columns in the list pages

• • • Two new columns, the Status and Sub Status are appended on the list page of the Non-Fixed Assets (Consumable, Accessories, and Software). This helps the Analyst to view the status and sub status information of the non-fixed assets on the list page without navigating to the Asset details page.

2. Sub Status field on Action pages of non-fixed assets

This improvement has added an additional field Sub Status on all the Action pages of Non fixed assets. With this improvement, analyst gets a clear idea about the current mapped status and sub status of an asset while attempting any action on the asset.

3. Sub Status Search field

A Sub Status search field is added on the SEARCH ASSET pop-up window of Non fixed assets. This helps the analyst to narrow down his search based on both Status and sub-status of assets.

4. Inclusion of Sub Status column in the Data Import template for Non fixed assets

The Status, Sub Status columns are available as part of the downloaded data template in a separate look up work sheet. If there is a sub status configured for a parent status as default, this change will be recorded in the template.

Asset > Manage Assets > Import > Import Asset > under Actions Tab > Download Asset Import Template

The downloaded data template would contain Sub Status column and corresponding values.
