What's New?

Earlier, whenever an Asset was accepted by the End User, the e-mail notification was sent to the End User and the Store-level configured users. Now, the Asset Acceptance e-mail notifications can also be sent to additional recipients along with the End User and Store-level configured users.

Now, the Administrators can configure the Checklists for Incident Work Orders and Service Request Work Orders. Checklists help to ensure that all the required activities are performed in order to resolve a Work Order.

Configuration

The Administrators should specify the additional recipient's e-mail ids in the Additional Acceptance Recipient IDs field on the TENANT page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Tenant> On the TENANT page under the LIST section, select the Tenant Name > On the ACTIONS panel, click CONFIGURE DETAILS > Select ASSET MANAGEMENT under MODULES section). For more information, see Configuring Asset Management Module.

Note:

The Additional Acceptance Recipient IDs can be specified for Fixed Assets only.
