Adding Software Deployment Profile_AM

You can add a software group and map the group with a software deployment profile on the SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT MAPPING page.

Select Asset > Configuration > Others > Software Deployment Mapping. The SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT MAPPING page is displayed.

On the ACTIONS panel of the of the SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT MAPPING page, click ADD NEW. The Details tab of the SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT MAPPING page is displayed.

Under the Details tab, specify all the required information. For more information about the fields on the SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT MAPPING page, see Field Description.
Click NEXT. The Profile Mapping tab of the SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT MAPPING page is displayed.

Under the Profile Mapping tab, select the Type from the drop-down list and specify the required information about every selected type. For more information about the fields on the SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT MAPPING page, see Field Description.
Click SUBMIT.

The following table describes the fields on the SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT MAPPING page:

Tenant	Select the Tenant from the drop-down list.
Group Name	Specify a unique name for the group.
Description	Type in the description of the software group.
Profile Mapping
Type	Select the type from the drop-down list. System: If selected, you must specify the serial number and host name in the System Name field. IP Address: If selected, you must specify the IP range in the IP Address Range field. User: If selected, type in the name of the user in the User field. The user must have NT UID. If the NT UID is not present, update it. Customer: If selected, type in the name of the customer in the Customer field and click to select. Selected customers are available in the Multiple Customer field. Location: If selected, select the location from the Location pop-up.
