Configuring Approver_AM

You can configure the Approver on the APPROVER CONFIGURATION pop-up page.

Select Asset > Configuration > Others > Deactivation Approval Matrix. The DEACTIVATION APPROVAL MATRIX page is displayed.
On the ACTIONS panel of the DEACTIVATION APPROVAL MATRIX page, click CONFIGURE APPROVER. The CONFIGURE APPROVER pop-up page is displayed.

On the CONFIGURE APPROVER pop-up page, specify all the required information. To know more about the fields available on the CONFIGURE APPROVER pop-up page, see the Field Description section.
Click SUBMIT.

The following table describes the fields on the CONFIGURE APPROVER pop-up page:

Tenant	Select a Tenant from the drop-down list.
Master Type Value	Select a value from the drop-down list. The type of the Approver is configured on the COMMON MASTER TYPE page. The Master Type Value is configured on the COMMON MASTER page. Figure: COMMON MASTERS page
Approver	Type in and select the name of the Approver.
Active	If selected, this configuration becomes active.
