What's New?

Asset Usage type is used to define whether the allocated asset will be used as Primary, Secondary, Back Up, Reserved, or Shared type. The Asset Usage Type is displayed on the Asset Allocation page while allocating the asset to the End User and on the MY ASSET LIST page while accepting that Asset. This feature is applicable to all the Fixed Asset, Consumable, and Accessories. The Asset Usage types are configured for a Tenant. Based on this configuration, the drop-down values are displayed for the Asset Usage Type while allocating, accepting, and/or updating the asset. For more information, see Application Settings by Tenant.

Now, the Analyst can define the type of asset usage while allocating an asset.

Configuration
