What's New?

PIR is Post implementation Review, which is performed in case a PIR is required for a change type or category. There is a PIR reviewer configured for each workgroup and based on the configuration done for the PIR it will be applicable for the Change Records.

Earlier, the same configuration was applied to the Change Records and the Task as well when enabled from the Tenant page. Now, the Change workflows and Task configurations are separated based on the requirements of the administrator. The Administrator can decide if he wants a PIR on CR as well as Task or only one based on the change types and change category.

Following two separate configurations are added on the Tenant page.
