Now, on the ALLOCATE/DEALLOCATE LICENSE list page, the Analyst can narrow down the records by excluding the expired license and the licenses which are completely consumed i.e. zero quantity license. So, by default, this optimized list shows only available license which can be allocated. For more information, see Allocating or Deallocating Licenses.

UI Change

The following two check boxes are provided on the ALLOCATE/DEALLOCATE LICENSE page (Asset > User > Manage Asset > Allocate/Deallocate License):

• Exclude Expired Licenses
  This check box is selected by default to hide the expired asset licenses in the list table. However, if this check box is not selected, then the licenses that are expired are also shown in the list table.
  

• Show Zero (0) and Negative (-) Quantity Licenses
  If this check box is enabled, all the consumed licenses are displayed in the table list. The consumed licenses denote, consumed to Zero quantity, and the licenses less than zero. By default, this check box is disabled to hide the zero quantity licenses.
