Report Description
Workgroup Effort Report displays information about the resolved Incidents, such as Effort spent on Incidents by the Workgroups, the time spent at the Pending status, and the no. of times the Incident was put in the Pending status, and so on.

On the table, click on the Incident ID to view the Incident summary.

ACTIONS
This section explains the icons in the ACTIONS panel of the WORKGROUP EFFORT REPORT page.
Filters
Click the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the WORKGROUP EFFORT REPORT page.

EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
