Report Description
The Incident Response & Resolution Time Trend report displays the count of Incidents resolved and Incidents responded. It also displays Average Response Time and Resolution Time. For information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports.

Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the INCIDENT RESPONSE & RESOLUTION TIME TREND page.

EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the report data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
