This is a Pareto chart based report on top Classification types for the time period you specified (for a selected set of Work-groups and the selected Tenant).

By default Top 10 Classifications are displayed as shown in the above screen shot. You can select to view Top 15 Classification, Top 20 Classification, and Top 25 Classification from the Filter By list.
On the graph, click the bar for a classification to view the list of incidents logged for the selected classification. On the INCIDENT LIST pop-up page, click the Incident ID hyperlink to view the incident details. For information about viewing reports, see View Reports 1.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the INCIDENT CLASSIFICATION PARETO CHART page.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the CLASSIFICATION PARETO CHART Report.
