Assets may be required to be sent out from a premise for various reasons. The SummitAI application provides an option to print Gate Pass for Assets, which are being taken out from the Parent Store/Floor. Gate Pass can be printed for Assets going through Store Movement, Floor Movement, To Repair, and From Repair. To print Gate Pass, the Approval Matrix needs to be configured to approve the Asset Movement types. The Gate Pass can be printed only after the first level approval is given. The first level Approver is notified immediately after an Asset Movement is initiated. To know more about Asset Movement approval, see Approving Asset Movements.
To print Gate Pass:
Select Asset > User > Manage Asset > Approvals > Print Gate Pass.
On the PRINT GATE PASS page, click the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel. Select the required filter criteria and click SUBMIT. For more information about fields on the FILTERS pop-up page, see: Filters.
The list of Assets under movement based on the selected filter criteria is displayed. For more information about fields on the PRINT GATE PASS page, see Field Description.
