The Dashboard report displays the Asset reports for Fixed Assets, Non Fixed Assets, and Software. You can further drill-down the reports to view details about the specific Assets.
Fixed Asset
Under the Fixed Asset tab, you can view the following reports:

The following table describes the fields and icons on the CATEGORY WISE ASSET SUMMARY report:

To view Category-wise Asset details, click the related Category on the graph.

To view the allocated Assets for each customer, click the bar on the graph. The CUSTOMER WISE ALLOCATED ASSET SUMMARY graphical report is displayed.
Note:
The CUSTOMER WISE ALLOCATED ASSET SUMMARY report is only displayed for the Allocated Assets.
To view the Allocated Assets and their details, click the bar on the CUSTOMER WISE ALLOCATED ASSET SUMMARY report. The Allocated Asset list is displayed in a tabular format.

Non Fixed Asset
Under the Non Fixed Asset tab, you can view the following reports:

Click Print to take a print out of the report. You can also export the data of this report to Microsoft Excel using the Export to Excel icon. You can also download the report as JPEG, PNG, PDF, or SVG Vector.
You can click the View Data icon to view details. Click the number hyperlink in each column to view the mapped attributes with the count on the ASSET LIST pop-up page.
Click the number hyperlink for the mapped attribute to view the Assets configured for the selected attribute.
You can click Map Fields to map attributes to Categories. On the FIELDS MAPPING pop-up page, the list of configured Categories is displayed in the Category column and the mapping attributes are displayed in the Mapping Column. Click SUBMIT to save the changes.
