SUMMIT Software Center

You can add and modify various Solution Types for an Asset.

To configure Solution Type:

  1. Select Asset > Configuration > Asset Masters > Solution Type.
  2. On the SOLUTION TYPE page, click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel.
  3. Select the Tenant and type in a value for the new Solution Type in the Solution Type text box. If you select the Active check box, the Solution Type value becomes an available option in the Solution Type list on the other pages of the application.
  4. Click SUBMIT. A new Solution Type is configured.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SOLUTION TYPE page.

SHOW LIST

Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the Solution types configured for the selected Tenant.

  • To edit a Solution Type, click the configured Solution Type. Make appropriate changes and click SUBMIT.
  • To display the inactive Solution Types, click the Include Inactive check box.

    Note:

    When the Solution Types are displayed under the LIST table, the ADD NEW action is displayed on the ACTIONS panel. Click ADD NEW to configure a new Solution Type.
