What is Store Threshold?
Store Threshold is the minimum and maximum number of Assets that can be allowed for a given Store (see: Configuring Location And Store). If the count of Assets for a Store exceeds or falls short of the maximum and minimum threshold limit, the application sends alert mail to the specified e-mail addresses.
Example: When the Store Threshold for an Asset is set as 5 as minimum value and 100 as maximum value, the application sends an alert mail if the number of Assets in Store goes below value 5 or above 100.
Custom Scheduler Jobs
The following job should be enabled in the Custom Scheduler:
To send store threshold reminder: This job is responsible for Scheduling Email Alerts when the Asset Store
Threshold is breached. This job needs to be scheduled to run on SummitAI Application Server once in a day
(early morning or late evening).
To configure Store Threshold:
- Select Asset > Configuration > Others > Store Threshold.
- On the STORE THRESHOLD page, click ADD NEW on the ACTIONS panel.
Select the Tenant, Asset Type, Store, Category and Attributes for which you want to set the threshold values.
Note:
The Category and Attributes fields are displayed only when the Enable attribute level store threshold configuration check box is selected on the TENANT page. For more details, see Configuring Asset Management Module.
- Type in the e-mail ids who should be notified if the Store Threshold value reaches the set limit (minimum and maximum values).
- Fill in the minimum and maximum threshold values. Select the Active check box to make the configuration active.
