ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SCHEDULED and PROVISIONAL DEPRECIATION REPORT page.
Filters
Click Filters to select the Tenant and the other required details to view the report.

The following table describes the fields on the FILTERS pop-up page:
Field | Description |

Tenant | Lists the configured Tenants. Select the Tenant from the list. |
Category Name | Lists the configured Category names. Select the Category from the list. |
Gaap Type | Lists the configured Gaap Types. Select the Gaap Type from the list. |
Financial Year | Select the Financial Year from the list to display the report. |
Type | Select the Type of report to be displayed as Quarterly, or Yearly. The drop-down value Yearly is not displayed in the Type drop-down field if the user selects the current financial year |
Quarterly | Select the Quarter from the list to view the report. |
Report Type | Select the Report Type from the list as Provisional or Scheduled. |
Click PRINT to print the report.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the report to a Microsoft excel sheet.
