What's New?
A new ASSET-CMDB SYNC report is added (Reports > Asset Management/CMDB > Select Asset - CMDB Sync as REPORT), which displays a report about Asset-CMDB synchronization details. For more information about the reports, see Asset - CMDB SYNC Report.

Note
- You should specify the filter criteria to view records on the ASSET– CMDB SYNC report page.
- You can further drill-down on the Asset or CI to know more details by clicking the respective Asset ID or CI ID hyperlinks.
Configuration
- The CMDB Mapping templates should be configured. For more information, see Configuring CMDB Mapping Templates.
- The Asset - CMDB Data Sync Custom Scheduler job should be configured. For more information, see Custom Scheduler Jobs.
