What's New?

A new ASSET-CMDB SYNC report is added (Reports > Asset Management/CMDB > Select Asset - CMDB Sync as REPORT), which displays a report about Asset-CMDB synchronization details. For more information about the reports, see Asset - CMDB SYNC Report.

Note

You should specify the filter criteria to view records on the ASSET– CMDB SYNC report page.
You can further drill-down on the Asset or CI to know more details by clicking the respective Asset ID or CI ID hyperlinks.

Configuration

The CMDB Mapping templates should be configured. For more information, see Configuring CMDB Mapping Templates.
The Asset - CMDB Data Sync Custom Scheduler job should be configured. For more information, see Custom Scheduler Jobs.
