You can configure the ServiceNow Instance details on the SERVICENOW CONFIGURATION page. It enables the exchange of data between both the applications (ServiceNow and SummitAI).
To configure ServiceNow:
- Select Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > ServiceNow Configuration. The SERVICENOW CONFIGURATION page is displayed.
On the SERVICENOW CONFIGURATION page, specify all the required information. To know more about the fields on the SERVICENOW CONFIGURATION page, see Field Description.
- Click SUBMIT.

It is recommended to set ServiceNow user’s time zone in the ServiceNow portal as GMT to avoid any discrepancy during the data retrieval.

DETAILS
TENANT
Select the Tenant from the drop-down list.
ServiceNow Instance
Specify the ServiceNow Instance name.
ServiceNow URL
Specify the URL of the ServiceNow Instance.
ServiceNow Username
Type in the Username used for ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Password
Type in the Password used for ServiceNow.
Confirm Password
Type in the Password again to confirm.
Active
If selected, the configuration becomes active.
