Configuring Conference Call

The CONFERENCE CALL page provides the user an option to talk to the Analysts on Conference Call regarding a Major Incident logged.

To Configure Conference Call:

  1. Select Admin > Advanced > Notifications > Conference Call. The CONFERENCE CALL page is displayed.

  2. On the ACTIONS panel of the CONFERENCE CALL page, click ADD NEW.
  3. On the left pane of the CONFERENCE CALL page, select the Tenant.
  4. Specify the required information in the DETAILS section and click SUBMIT. For more information about the fields on the CONFERENCE CALL page, see FIELD DESCRIPTION.

FIELD DESCRIPTION

The following table describes the fields on the CONFERENCE CALL page:

Fields

Description

Bridge Name

Specify the Conference Bridge name.

Bridge Number

Specify the Bridge Number.

Conference Joining Message

Specify the joining message that you want to communicate upon joining the Conference Call.

Validation Message

Specify the validation message that you want to communicate, when a participant wants to join an outdated Conference.

Is Default

If selected, the configuration becomes default.

Active

If selected, the configuration becomes Active.

Click SHOW LIST to view the list of AD Properties added.

MASTER CONFIGURATION

Click MASTER CONFIGURATION to set the Master Configuration before you configure any Conference Call. If the Master Configuration is set, the icon is highlighted in green color. If not configured, the icon is highlighted in amber. For more information, See Adding Master Configuration.

ADD NEW

Click ADD NEW to add a new conference call configuration.
