To configure the conference call feature, the User needs to set the Master values. The User can configure a set of common values for conference calls.
To Add Master Configuration:
- Select Admin > Advanced > Notifications > Conference Call. The CONFERENCE CALL page is displayed.
- On the ACTIONS panel, click MASTER CONFIGURATION. The MASTER CONFIGURATION page is displayed.

FIELD DESCRIPTION
The following table describes the fields on the MASTER CONFIGURATION page:
Fields | Description |
---|---|
Voice Type | Select Man, Woman or Alice as the voice type. |
Language | Select the language from the drop-down list. |
Welcome Message | Specify the voice message that you want to communicate on connecting the call. |
Validation Message | Specify the voice message that you want to communicate, if the participant tries to join an outdated conference call. |
No Input Message | Specify the voice message that you want to communicate when no input is provided by the participant. |

SHOW LIST
Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the configured Conference Calls for the selected Module and Tenant.
