You can allocate concurrent licenses to a Domain, Tenant, or Workgroup on the CONCURRENT LICENSE ALLOCATION page. To understand the concept behind Concurrent License Allocation, see Concurrent License Allocation.
To allocate Concurrent License:
- Select Admin > Advanced > License > Concurrent License Allocation. The CONCURRENT LICENSE ALLOCATION page is displayed.
Figure: CONCURRENT LICENSE ALLOCATION page - On the DETAILS section, select the License Type from the drop-down list. Based on the selection, the total number of purchased, the total number of allocated licenses, and available concurrent licenses are displayed. On the LICENSE DETAILS section, you can view the Domains, Tenants, and Workgroups configured under the selected license type.
- Expand the Domains, Tenants, and Workgroups. You can view a threads containing the insides of the license counts under each Domain, Tenant, or Workgroup.
- Right-click on the thread to update and select Configure. The LICENSE ALLOCATION pop-up page is displayed.
- On the LICENSE ALLOCATION pop-up page, type in the number of licenses in the License Limit field.

Note:
If the count of the total number of Concurrent Licenses is decreased and the updated count is less than the previously configured license count, you have to allocate the Concurrent Licenses again. If the updated count is greater than the previously configured license count, no action is required. If all the Concurrent Licenses for a Tenant are consumed and still some more Concurrent Analysts need to sign in, the application allows the Analysts to sign in as Concurrent Analyst using the available application pool licenses under the Domain, as displayed in the Available Domain Licenses field.
