You can view the list of Customers added in the SummitAI application. You can view and modify the Customer details.

To view Customer list:

  1. Select Admin > Basic > Customers > Customer List.
  2. On the CUSTOMER LIST page, you can view the list of configured Customers.
  3. You can search for a Customer using the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel (see: Filters). To view the list of inactive Customers, click the Include Inactive check box.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the CUSTOMER LIST page.

Filters

Click the Filters icon to specify a particular filter criteria to display the Customers. On clicking the Filters icon, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the Domain, Customer and Location or provide the name of the Customer (Customer Name). Click SUBMIT.

ADD NEW

Click ADD NEW to add a new Customer. For information about adding new Customers, see Adding Customers.
